Are you interested in renting one of our properties? We’re exited to have you! We bet you’ve got questions. Please read the following before you reach out to us:

  •  Should we submit one application per unit or one person?
    All persons interested in renting a unit must submit an online application.
  •  How long are your leases?
    All of our leases follow the same 12-month term, running from early June to May 31. We do not offer month-to-month rentals or any lease terms shorter or longer than 12 months.
  •  Do you allow pets?
    We do NOT allow dogs, but we do allow cats.
  •  How are utilities handled?
    Tenant is responsible for payment of gas and electric (billed monthly directly to tenant) and water (billed every 2 months by PBIC).
  •  Do I need renter’s insurance?
    Yes, all of our tenants are required to obtain renters’ insurance before their lease can be executed.
  •  Do you allow smoking?
    No, we do NOT allow smoking in any of our residences.
