About PBIC
Pacific Beach Investments Corp. (PBIC) owns and manages rental properties located in the North Pacific Beach and La Jolla neighborhoods of San Diego, California. For 30 years, we have been dedicated to providing great places to live and exceptional service to our tenants. Our apartments are located in prime locations within walking distance to local beaches, restaurants, bars, and shopping.

We are committed providing an efficient experience for our tenants by providing an online platform to complete rental payments and report maintenance issues.
Many of our units have been upgraded and may include such custom amenities as walk-in tiled showers, tiled bathrooms with custom vanities and linen closets, remodeled kitchens with Energy Star Rated stainless steel stoves, refrigerators and dishwashers, new hardwood teak flooring and custom window coverings. We have on-site laundry facilities and off-street parking at each of our buildings, and garages at many of our properties.

Prospective Tenants
Are you interested in renting one of our properties? We’re exited to have you! We bet you’ve got questions. Please read the following before you reach out to us:
- Should we submit one application per unit or one person?
All persons interested in renting a unit must submit an online application. - How long are your leases?
All of our leases follow the same 12-month term, running from early June to May 31. We do not offer month-to-month rentals or any lease terms shorter or longer than 12 months. - Do you allow pets?
We do NOT allow dogs, but we do allow cats. - How are utilities handled?
Tenant is responsible for payment of gas and electric (billed monthly directly to tenant) and water (billed every 2 months by PBIC). - Do I need renter’s insurance?
Yes, all of our tenants are required to obtain renters’ insurance before their lease can be executed. - Do you allow smoking?
No, we do NOT allow smoking in any of our residences.

Current Tenants
We are here to help you; please do not hesitate to call or email us if you have an emergency in your apartment or in your building. Our after-hours EMERGENCY NUMBER is (800) 411-4321. Please keep this important number stored in your cell phone.

Call (800) 411-4321 (24 hours a day) to report emergencies and URGENT maintenance issues such as uncontrolled water flow, unexplained noises from a water heater or gas heater, or the smell of gas. Of course, if a situation is life threatening, 911 should always be called first.

If you smell gas, call SDG&E immediately at their EMERGENCY NUMBER: (800) 611-7343.
Then proceed to call our emergency number at (800) 411-4321 to report the issue to management so that we can take appropriate measures.

If you are locked out of your unit after business hours, call (800) 411-4321, and the operator will give you the number of our locksmith. You will be responsible the cost of the service call for an after-hours lock out. If you use a different locksmith, there will be an additional charge to re-key the lock back to our master.
